Before sending any purchased items back to us, please call us first at +1 (775) 583-4644 or emailing our Customer Service department to request a Return Authorization from us. You must await further instructions from us before returning any goods. Once you hand over the goods to the carrier, you must provide us via email or via phone, the airway bill or tracking number of the return shipment. Failure to do so will delay processing your return and your refund. It may take up to 3 weeks to process a refund from the time the returned goods are received in our warehouse. All returned goods must be is resalable condition, unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs (including, but not limited to, the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost).
Return Authorization requests may only be made within 10 days from the shipping date. No returns, without exceptions, shall be accepted after 10 days from the shipping date. Accessories, Supplies, Order Items, Blowout Items, and On Sale Items are non-returnable items. No returns are allowed on Blowout Items or On Sale Items as all Blowout and On Sale Items are non-returnable. All Blowout and On Sale goods shall be clearly designated as such. Goods sold on Blowout and On Sale are considered as a “Final Sale”. Refused shipments without authorization as well as Canceled Orders after shipping will be treated as a return and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee along with initial and return shipping costs paid by the customer. Requests for order cancellation can only be done during normal business hours Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm Pacific Time.
In case you received any damaged items, we will act promptly to rectify the issue. Please contact us and provide us via email a clear description and digital photographs of the items in question. Do not return any items before receiving a Return Authorization from Exceptional.
